For accounting software, we recommend either Quickbooks or Xero. If you have other one that you are already using or prefer to use other than those two, then we have no problem using your preferred software.
If you are selling in international marketplaces, A2Xaccounting or Linkmybooks may be necessary.
If you run payroll, either use Quickbooks Payroll (for QBO) or Gusto (for Xero) to automate your payroll filing and/or maybe you have an S-corp tax status.
If you use inventory listing software, we recommend Inventory Lab. Other softwares are fine too such as ecomdash, accelerlist, etc.
For Income Tax filing, currently we only offer you assistance by providing your local CPA with the necessary reports and financial data such as Balance Sheet & Income Statement.
For Sales Tax filing, we also only offer assistance to your local CPA or you can file them yourself with the aid of tax softwares such as Tax Jar, Taxify, or Avalara and we'll provide you technical support.

Generally, we produce four Accounting reports for all the plans that we offer:
1) Income Statement (Profit & Loss) – This is a summary of your business profitability, including all income and expenses.
2) Balance Sheet – This is a summary of how much is the net worth of your business, including all of your assets and liabilities (debt).
3) Statement of Cash Flows – This is a summary of the activities that increased and decreased your cash on hand or cash in bank over a period of time.
4) Cash Flow Forecast – This report is less frequently used by business owners but very essential. This report shows how much cash you will be earning or spending in the future (either weeks or months ahead).
We package all these four reports for all the plans so that you can better plan ahead on what to do with your business.
Forecasting and Budgeting Reports is available to both Growing Y and Scaling Z Plan but more detailed reports are only available in Scaling Z Plan.
